House rent
Ounced check case

1. advance paid by me for house to the owner (through cheque)

2. cheques given by owner as refund of advance while vacating the house.

3.cheques bounced.(he cheated me with use less cheques)

4. not able to recover money from owner so far.(he keep on telling that he will give)

5. two years over but no response. (I am non local candidate and no support)

6. how to get back the money?

7. Can't I get justice? hoe to go a head?
