I am living at A - 18, 2nd floor North Pandav Nagar New Delhi - 110092.(My voter I card A/c No.:- 58, Serial No.:- 179, Part No. 107, Name :- Kavita. ) I am applying voter I card Application form Dated on :- 29/06 Name of School MCD School, Pandav Nagar New Delhi 110092. and I confirm my I card at school date on 23/02 teacher said that your I card is ready and send at your home within one month so I cannot received my voter I card. since last MCD Election we are not give the vote because of voter I card. So this is the second time we want to use our fundamental rights.
