Housing Loan from Kolkatta
Non Submission of A/C Statement/Interest Certificate

Abhijit Chakraborty was sanctioned a housing loan by the Bank on 31-08 for Rs 1076756/-at the interest rate of Rs 7.5% as a special case. I am also the co borrower with the son. I have not been getting the statement since its inception along with the interest certificate. The File no is 777-4672445 A/C No LBCAL00001137544 and the issuing Branch is Canal Street-Kolkatta. I have the following quarry:

1. Up to date statement along with interest certificate.

2. Rate of interest charged at present & different rate charged during the intervening period.

3. Why no intimation was given when rate was enhanced
