I have borrowed a housing loan no. LBLUC00000750252 . Sine its repayment started not even a single cheque was dishonoured.
Now I have received a communication that some charges including chque dishonour charges are pending for payment. When I verified my account I found that the PDCs are not being presented by the bank. There is enough balance in my Saving account with Indian Overseas Bank. May I know why yhe cheques rae not being collected and why the charges levied. My earlier complaint in the matter not resulted the fruitful result. I vide email was informed that the PDCs will be processed on 29th Sept and the amount will be credited in two days. But my account statement show no debits so far. Kindly look into the matter and resolve the complaint.
