HP Bhar Bhar ke jeeto
Wrong Prize distribution

Dear Sir,

I have been purchasing fuel from HP since the scheme has launched for HP Bhar Bhar ke Jeeto, in which Two Wheeler get fuel of 150 or more and get coupon and that coupon number SMS at some given number. The Shceme started 14th Jan and Ended on 31st Mar. The Winner started coming in winner list before the 31st Mar. Even the Prizes was not weekly prize. So there are lot of discrepancy in their Prizes allotment. Now When the Offer has been end, The Winner list is not fully filled, as there is written 2 Punto Car, but there winner is only one, 5 Cheverolet Beat Car, but winner are only two. And on site there is written that winners complete their advance Income tax receipt and other formalities to clame the prize.

Please I have a request if this prize allotment can have some keen way to choose winners.
