Gas delivery

Sir,

I am living in pune city (ganraj hous sco., dahankwadi, pune-43).

my mob no is 9604124722. there is gas agency name Shivshanti gas agency (Gulab nagar, dhankwadi)

I have a comlaint about this agency. they dont gave me a home delivery. they told that you have buy cylender from agency which is costly for me. my 40 rupees waste on the rikshaw. also my lot of important time is waste on the stand up on the line of gas cylinder. for purches of one cylinder my three days are waste on one month. 1- for booking. 2-for taking recipet. 3- for stand up in the line and take gas cylinder

so, sir please do quickly something beacuse it is not only my problem the whole people in this agency which are registered on it.
