Without booking gais deliverd

Dear Sir,

i am staying in noida and my gais conection registred in HP dealer Sector -37 Godawari complex.

more time i don not book our gais but every 1 month after someone guys asked for empty gais cylendor.

and i applied for DBC conection 2 month before but i could not received till date

i think these guys sale my gais cylendor every month
