Myself Narendra Gupta, am a registered customer of HP. I own a HP Pavilion dv5200tx laptop, serial no CND6283WB6. I also have a HP care pack on the same laptop. The serial number of the care pack is G05UIN33B47C. This care pack extends the warranty by 2 years.
Lately I have been having many issues with the repair work done by the company. The LCD panel of my laptop has been changed twice and still for the third time it is dead and due to which the laptop is with the company, Last time i suffered the same problem was on. The case id was 2603454383. At that time I had given my laptop for repair at HP Service Center (Simtech), Sakinaka, Andheri (East), Mumbai.
It took 14 days to repair the laptop and within a month or so i suffered with the same problem and i gave back the laptop for repair at HP Service Center (Simtech), Sakinaka, Andheri (East), Mumbai on 5th January. The case id for the repair job is 2605040411. It has been many days since then and i have not been informed anything by HP regarding the repair job. I want you people to take some action on the company so that the repairing is done as soon as possible and also ask the company for the losses incurred to me due to the delay in the repairing job. If possible please ask the company on my behalf to replace my laptop with an equivalent laptop since i don't see any end of the problems.
