I have a HP Printer - HP Officejet 4355 All-in-one. I had give the printer for servicing to an HP authorised service center. After 4-5 days of servicing the printer cartridge began to jam and one day 2 small parts came out of the printer. I took the printer back to HP Authorised srvice center for check up. He told that the CG Lever is broken, but it seemed that nothing had broken and only 2 parts have came out which would be loose in fitting. He told to replace the parts and told its cost Rs.450 and took those parts which had came out. Then he took the printer inside and after half an hour he brought it back adn told that he has replaced the parts. When I asked for the broken parts he refused and told that broken parts are not returned. On request he brought the part from inside after 10 mins of waiting. The part he gave back seemed not be the parts gave by me as broken. He had fitted mine parts only and told that it was broken and took the spare charge, and also the returned parts are not the one gave by me, he must have taken it out from any other printer and gave to me on my request. After arguing also he didn't agreed on those parts that they are not mine and mine parts were O.K.
This is a fraud by a HP AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTER. Please Look into Matter.
