Maine Esi Year ek Laptop HP Company Ka Kharida tha IN may..Us Samay HP ne Promotion Offer launch kiya tha jiske tahat Mujhe 3999 INR Me Ek Mobile Motorola Ka Jiska Model Q8 Hai.. Lekin Etne dino ke baad bhi abhi tak mujhe mera product delivered nahi Kiya gaya hai, Es se pahle maine HP company me bhi complain kiya tha Lekin mujhe wanha se response aayaa ki mera mobile Jo ki Overnite courier Se Aa raha tha wo courier boy Ne Lost kar diya. Aur uske baad ab jab bhi main HP ko contact karta hun to wanha se mujhe message aataa hai ki mera product 7-10 Days me dispatch kar diya jaayega.. Lekin ye proccess abhi tak chal hi raha hai aur mujhe mera product abhi tak nahi mila, Main saare detail aapko niche de raha hun..Aur Aasha karta hun ki mere problem ka aap kuchh solution jarur dhudhenge..

Mera claim jo ki maine (Demand draft of rs-3999) bheja tha wo claim 25-Jul-09 ko approved hua with Vide file number 115599. Jo ki mujhe HP ne mail ke through bheja tha.,
