HP Gas connection unavailable after transfe

I have a taken a transfer voucher after submitting my cylinder and regulator for HP LPG gas connection from Noida to Hyderabad, but here when I approach a local HP Gas Dealer, he told me that it takes at least 45 days to get the connection.

I want to know why this much time has been taken, if I had already submitted my cylinder and regulator with HP.

Can u look at this matter.
