I am maintaining a HP gas connection for the past couple of years, and it is to my astonishment that the minimum turn around time (TAT) from the booking to the delivery date is not less than 10 days. Whereas the cylinders are regularly seen in the grey market - a video file is also there with me to prove the point.
Recently I called my Gas agency (Tyagi Gas in Ghaziabad) to convert my connection from a single to a double cylinder connection he refrained from taking the orders citing reasons that they have been ordered from there back end that these kind of requests should not be taken before the end of March.
Look forward to getting a resolution on the TAT and the conversion premise.
