Cylinder not delivered even after 22days of booking, Number engageHI, I booked my HP Gas cylinder on Feb 13 but till today (March, 06) no delivery. Number is always engaged (i doubt that they put aside the receiver). Even if you get them on phone, they always says it will be delivered today by evening. Dont know what to do?
