Dear Sir,
We the people of Rayagada town, which is a district HQs situated in the state of Orissa are more trouble for obtaining a single gas cylender every time.
I have booked a cylender (Sl. No. VR 864 dt. 30.1.2008), till today i.e. 27th Feb.08 I have not received full cylender. Several time I rang to their Book office phone (06856 225959) which is every time egnaged. No one is taking any interest to distribute cylender to residence and I am a working weman, we are forced to give EXTRA money for a cylender.
Previouslly M/s KS Kumandan Sons war the HPC distributers & now some another agency from Koraput District is the distributers.
I want a solution for this type of day-to-date problems. Please give us a good suggestion for this.
