I can't get my Voter Id card

Dear Sir,

My full name is Mr. NIranjan Barik S/o-Dukhi Shayam Barik, I am a resident of mandi gaon (Delhi) which is under the assambly of Chhatar Pur. I applied for a voter card in shiduled time declaired by Election comission of Delhi Govt. But I don't get my voter card in the current election 2008.How can I get my voter card and what necessory steps takes by you for this matter? I want a early response from you.
