LAST TIME I BOOKED MY CYLENDER ON DATE 05-01 THEY COMMETED TO DELHIVER ON 7 TH JAN BUT FROM NEXT DAY TRANSPOST STRICK STAREDE AND THEY NOT DELIVERED GHE GAS AFTER CALLING AND REQUESTING AGAIN AND AGAIN ON 12TH JAN THEY DELIVERED GAS CYLENDER AND GAS WAS 1.5 KAG LESS I WAS NOT IN CONDITION TO RETURN, IN BETWEEN THERE WAS A BIRTHDAY PARTY AND MY GAS IS ABT TO FINISH WITHIN 2 OR 3 DAY AND I CALL TO AGENCY IN PHONE NO 011-22485000 THEY ARE TELLING THAT YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO BOOKED CYLINDER BECAUSE BEFORE 21 DAY YOU ARE NOT PERMITED TO REFILL THE GAS AND NOT PICKING PHONE AND NOT READY TO LISTEN ANY REQUEST THEY ARE TELLING U CAN TAKE ANY ACTON AGANIEST US I WANT TO KNOW THAT IS ANY SUCH RULE FOR REFILLING THE CYLINDER IF YES CIRCULER NO AND TIME STARTED FORM DATE OF DELIVERY OR DATE OF BOOKING GAS IF YOU WILL GIVE ME NOT ANY REPLY I WILL SURRENDER MY GAS CYLINDER AND FO FOR AHOTHER SERVICE PROVIDER AND WRITE TO COURT ABT MY COMPLANT I AM FACING PROBLEMS FOR SUCH ATTITUDE OF AGENCY THEY ALWAYS SUPPLY LESS GASS IN EACH CYLINDER ON NEXT TIME I WILL NOTE IT AND SIGNED BY DELYVERYMAN FOR PROOF
