Replacement of LCD PANEL Delayed

Dear Manager

I have registered about problem of LCD Panel of my HP Compaq nx 7300 Laptop (Ref No.-2608272276) and was promised to get replaced within three working days.

But service center does not mean three working days actually. I got a message that part has been ordered but still I have not received any further communication from the people. It is not matter of delay but the inconvineance and the sense of irresponsibility of the the concerned people. kindly look for the matter ASAP.
