Non delivery of gas

I booked the gas cylinder on 18.12.07, Booking No 80381 for home delivery, During last delivery cylinder delivered at my add just with in 4days of my booking.

This time when i approaches on 13.1.08 for delivery of gas cylinder, Delear is not giving any date for delivery, every time saying slip send to deelivery man, But delivery man is answering he had not received any slip.
