Sir,
This is to inform you that Lingaraj Gas agency, Khandagiri square, Bhubaneswar which is in charge of supplying LPG gas to our house is deliberately putting us in trouble by causing unnecessary delay in delivering cylinder. I have to wait for more than 10 day after booking to get a new refill.
This has caused us great trouble as there is no alternative provision of fuel in my house. Despite of several requests they do not pay attention to our problems. Hence you are requested to take immediate steps in this regard and facilitate refiling of our gas within 2to 3 days of booking.
