Non delivery of gas

Sir, I have booked to re-fiiled domestic h.p.gas to M/S Sanika Enterprises-302070, H.P Gas Dealer, W.No19, Baghara Road, Baripada, dist. Mayurbhanj, Orissa, India vide booking sl.no.1128 dt.18.11.2008 .But the above dealer avoiding to deliver the same and delivering gas cylenders to others who have booked later than myself for un-lawful gain. Please take necessary steps as deem proper at an early date
