Prolonged delay and bad conduct

I am kulwinder singh resident of ferozepur. I am a customer of KWIK FLAME ferozepur. My customer no is 511385.

ibooked a gas refil on jan 25and the booking number is 7748.The dealer issued me a delivery slip on feb 10 numbered 7748.They are not providing home delivery and charging Rs.303 without home delivery. I aproched the godowen and gas was not provided to me. on the next dayI again aproached the godowen and they are celereting basant and not agree to issue me the refil Then I called the dealer office no 01632-245111and not responded then I called Mr. Tarsem an employ of the dealer on the no 9815942291 he talked me rudly .plz provide me the remedy
