I have my serious concerns over the operation of 276G Volvo Bus.
1. When the bus leaves EC to Vidyaranyapura, it bears the Number 356C upto Wilson garden, and then the driver changes it to 276G. This is quite misleading to people who board before the board change, I have seen many a times that people purchase ticket to majestic, then realise its 276G and then from majestic they purchase till their destination. The Coductor also plays ignorant unless asked.
The passenger ends up paying atleast 10 Rs more due to this stupid idea of number change.
Reason given by the conductor/driver: " People will not board from EC to majestic if it has any other number other than 356C.
2. The BMTC TC/Inspector (In EC) when approached atleast 3 times, has given me this answer when asked what time does VOlvo 276G depart from Infy campus.
TC: " No one knows when they come and go, They come at their will, change boards as required.. Check the Depot Number if its 28 then it will be 276G, or when you board the bus ask the cunductor for the destination info. I dont have any clue about this route"
3. There is already a VOLVO 276 that is from Vidyaranyapura to Majestic, then why ply this G route also via majestic, when you can route it via BEL-Mathikere or current route- Kaveri theatre- Vasant nagar-Indian express - Brigade Rd - Hosur Road.
