Delay in Delivery & Rude behaviour of Agency empoyees

Hi

My self Mangesh. M.Kamble harassed customer of HP Gas.

I had asked for refill of gas cylinder on 02nd June was assured that will get delivered with in 3-4 days, but same was not delivered by the date so I gave a reminder on 05th June.

On asking for the reason for delay in deliver the employee at the counter was very rude used abusive language. There was no response for the delivery for cylinder.

One more thing this is not for the first time.

HP gas assures that cylinder will be delivered with in 24 hrs. Please help.
