No one attend Phone call

I am trying to call HP Gas agency since last one week but either it comes engage or even if it rings, no body picks up

I dont understand, How to approach, them, where to go... this people so irresponsible... and we consumer are suffering

Why no body takes action against these fools, they are making our life hell
