Forcing to buy gas stove

Hi the HP gas ageny in kharghar is forcing us to buy gas stove (even lighter) with new connection of gas, on informing them that we already have the required cooktop @ our home they are refusing the connection . it gets very irritating when you are not forced to buy someting which is of no use to you.

please take action so this does not happen in future with any other consumer.
