Ignoring customer callsand making fool of them

I had been calling the two numbers given by the GAS distributor named AUNDH GAS COMPANY MODEL COLONY since 7 days the 1st of all both the numbers are always engage and whenever they pick up the receiver the put in aside and never talk. If this is the way they are going to treat the customer who will take services from such irresponsible people i want strict action taken against those employees working there.
