Dear Sir,
I'm using your HP Gas from last 8 years in Raniganj, everything was fine there. Now as I got a transfer to Kolkata & now 1 of your dealer in Bandhaghat, Howrah is of no use. 1stly he's not accepting Rent agreement as a resi proof, it's strange. Well fine then I gave him my bank statement as a resi proof. But now he come up with other excuse that his link has been failed. It's been 8-10 days it has not yet been done. Now what to do?? Should I canceal your HP connection & go for Indane just because of your bullshit service. And your staffs are behaving like they are doing me some favour or they are giving me at no cost.
Now will you take any action in this regard if you feel so..???
