I'm a 74yrs old house-wife, and my ailing husband is 83 yrs old. I'm having a single cylinder connection of H.P.Gas since 1999 at Burdwan, West Bengal. My Consumer No.

is 609227.Distributor Name- M/S Kalyaneswari Gas Distributor, Distributor Code is

306560. Now I want to know the booking procedures, e.g, 1) Time of booking, 2) Number of days between 1st booking to 2nd booking, etc.
