Difficult to Make booking at phone

I ramesh kumar r/o rajgarh colony facing difficulties to book lpg on phone. it almost imposible to connect the sahny gas agencies phone nos. 9871778924, 9891020851. after booking they said they send after a week and dont give us booking no. but after a weeks time we did not recieved the lpg. after complaing many times to sahny gas gaencies they did not bother. kindly look into the matter and give me mail id of any senior officer of HP Gas so that i send my complaints to them
