Non Delivery of Cylinde

My consumer no. with HP Gas is 617839 with Ruckmani Gas agencies (HP Gas) in Coimbatore, I had booked for refill cylinder on 27/10 till date i had not been delivered the refill cylinder. Despite daily followups on this the agency is deliberately negligent towards its customers.
