Non delivery of gas

Dear Sir,

I had booked a cylinder on 8-Dec-08, Consumer no. 644372.

On enquiring about the status about the same, it was informed to me that the cylinder has been delivered on 9-Dec-08 as per records.

Till date I have received no cylinder and all follow ups have turned futile.
