In the name of home delivery, a truck full of cylinders used to come in our locality approx. after every 15 days till October. However, from November the the truck discontinues to visit our locality. In Srinagar there is no facility to book the gas on phone.
I requested the agency to let me know the way of getting my cylinders re-filled obviously in absence of their visit in our locality. I was provided a mobile no. 9906438888 and advised to contact him on phone. The mobile number was provided to me on 17th of December. Since then I have been calling on the mobile number and no body is picking the phone.
I called the agency back and requested them to provide some alternative. But they just handed over the same mobile number again with the advise to contact him.
Should i wait till the person who have been provided the mobile and the responsibility to listen to the complaints of the consumers, pick up the phone.?
Or
There is some other alternative also.
