New Gas connection

Hi sir,

I have applied gas through online booking for new gas connection on 30-07 and got registred on 16-10, but till now i havnt got any feedback or any means of when i will get the gas connection. I am facing lot of problem without gas. Please take necessary action to let me know when can i get the connection..
