Non Delivery of Gas Cylender after booking
I booked gas for home delivery on16.12.2008 but till today 01.01.2009 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. When I contacted again on 24.12.2008 then it was told that delivery was sent on 22.12.2008 and came back undelivered whereas My House was not lockced on that day as some always remains at my house. Then it was again booked on 24.12.2008 and persuid many times till date but all is vain. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP. you are requested to look into the matter immediately so that long awaited delivery of Gas Cylinder can be made.
