NON DELIVERY OF GAS

My consumer no. is 697961 and agency name is SOUTH DELHI GAS AGENCY, (Sheikh Sarai PH-I) We are not getting even an average service from the above mentioned agency, I was booked gas on 18-01-09 but still not received.

Pls note the major points.

1. They are never ever attending phone calls, as the regular comment is line is fault.

2. After booking we need atleast 4 times to vist theri office.

3. Many time we are receiving weight less cyclinders and they are not having weight messuring unit.

4. Many times we are receiving seal broken cyclinders, they are stating that we are also receivng the same from plant.

5. Some time we are receing gas leaking cyclinders.

Inspte of the above majort complaionts, the main thing is attitude they are a big zero regarding that and provding better service to there friends & relatives.

Pls attend this problem immediately.
