REFILLING OF CYLINDER

HELLO SIR,

We are from Bangalore, every time we had a problem of refilling the cylinder.

Normally we can take a cylinder after 25 days, but they are making us to wait more than 31 days (one more week we have to wait apart from 25days).

Every time they will tell some reason.
