Not suppling cylinde

I am a valid subscriber/consumer of HP cooking gas for over last 33 years. I have not availed of obtaining a cylinder in past about 3 years or so doue to certain reasons. Recently when I approched the supplier for gettuing a gas cylinder, they refused supply saying that my consumer number is cancelled as I have not availed of service for last few years. What should I do in this case?
