NON DELIVERY OF GAS CYLINDER AFTER BOOKING

Subject: Complaint against Irregularity & delayed supply of GAS Cylinder

Dear Sir,

With reference to my Card Serial Number HPC 173222 issued in the name of Baljit Singh S/o S. Harbhajan Singh R/o Village -Nadhu Bhani, Post –Kumkalan District Ldhiana.

The Service Agency of above mentioned connection is Sahnewal Gas Service (Agency Code: 600280) Near Railway Crossing, VPO – Sahnewal, Ludhiana, Punjab.

As per record, every booking of gas cylinder has received after one month (on average) and the last booking on 16/02 is still pending and during the follow-up said gas agency persons is not taking seriously and misbehave with us and not proper guiding to the customer how much time it will take to supply the same.

Thus, I request you to kindly instruct to aforesaid Service Agency for mentioned problems to maintain the smooth service & valuable relationship.
