Non deliver of gas after booking

Sir,

i beg to say that the worker of HP gas d/shala are not delivering gas ater booking. In my area thats k.b d/shala sir this problem has arissed from last two months and the honours of gas agency are selling cylinders in black at high prices .i have also complain against them infood supply but they are also taking this matter very lightly. So plztake strick action against. And my cutomer no. is 513772
