Sir,

I am a customer of HP gas with MANRATH ENTERPRISES No.7 & 8, 3rd Main Domlur 2nd Stage BANGALORE - 71. My consumer No.624981. I have booked my cylinder on 20th March and we have been informed that we will get our cylinder on or before 24th march. But unfortunately still today we could not receive our cylinder. When I enquired with the agency they replaied that it was already billed and cyliner is given to delivery boy further to contact to the delivary boy. When I spoke to the delivery boy he replaied that he had visited to my place and found door was locked. Now

1) when the door is found locked, the delivery boy did not handed over the cylinder back to the agency.

2) While getting the cylinder he always do not bring the acknowledge receipt from the agency

If we ask these to the agency or the delivery boy I am not getting any proper replay.

Will the concern authority take necessary action on this issue???
