Have booked HP LPG Cylider on 16-Apr-09 with the HP Distributor - Lalitha Gas Agent - code 96407-0 in Bangalore. Previous Cylinder delivery was on 16-Mar-09. In spite of more than one month of waiting, Cylinder is still not delivered. Agencies response is pathetic, insensitive and against support & service levels we expect. Hence pl direct HP to set their process and establish better checks & balances to their agents to meet delivery timelines. It seems Agents behave like mafia and have no fear of consumers / HP GAS.
