Delay in delivery after booking

Dear sir,

I am a resident of cochin and my gas agency is sai gas agency holding distributor no. 2369885. i booked my gas refill on 25 mar and yet not delivered. this has been happening since a year. i have to chase the agent for the same after booking to get the refill.

It is requested to do the needful at the earliest to avoid inconvenience to the customers.
