Not helpful / Not picking up the phone

Hi, I am working with TVS Electronics LTD. got company transfer from Orissa to Delhi.

This time I came with the Gas transper paper from Orissa. When I went to Prem Gas Agency Sarita Vihar, New Delhi. They told me to come with rent agreement/police verification/id proof then only they will give me the connection. They take a copy of the transper paper for veryfication too & told me after verification they will call me & let me know the status. But no phone call from there side.

I manage all the docs like rent agreement/police verification/id proof & now from last 3 days trying to call them on there 011 - 26947171 / 26948161 nos but both the nos are answering as busy OR when ringing no one is picking / answering the call.

Can anyone guide me when to go with all this docs & get my connection at the earliest???
