I am registering this complaint on behalf of Mr. Prahalad Kapde.

My Service provider causes unnecessary delay in delivering my cylinder. They take 7-10 days of time to deliver after booking! This happens every-time on every refill. What should be the normal delivery time after booking?

Please respond as soon as possible as we don't have gas at home else we will seek further help in consumer court.

I am waiting for 2 days for response from HP gas authorities.

Complaint 2:

I am Pawan sule purchasing a new connection and currently i dont have any gas connection. I registered two new connections since 3 months but still have no response from the Distributo
