Not Picking the Phones

My Consumer No. is 668412 with Ram Agencies at Vasant Kunj, New Delhi. Ram Agencies' Tel. Ph. No. 26893899 & 26895455. One can never get thro' the above Tel. Phones, since the phone receivers are put off the hook. One has to go personally to book the Gas. At times, they dont note down and register. And when we want to check, again we have to visit in person, since the phone are kept busy all the time. You may check the factual position by dailing the above Nos. We find it very difficult to reach the Gas Station, since its difficult to park the car and for a person like me with 80% disability, it is really difficult to reach the place which is situated with steep steps. Please do the needful and take up with the staff, so that we can book the gas thro' phone. Further, they (gas delivery boys) never use the HP Scale to weigh the cylendar. Pl. arrange for the gas thro' pipes, which may put an end to all these problems, and the gas too, I presume, costs much less.
