Dear sir/madam
I had booked a HP refill gas cylinder (consumer number 600339) through their IVRS scheme phone number 12665 on 25.09.2009 around 12 P.M. booking number 6. Till 03.10.2009 I did not receive the cylinder. When I checked up with our dealer-Shakthi Gas Agency, Jayanagar Banaglore -phone number 26630130, I was informed that they received the booking only on 29.09.2009 and the booking number is 416958 and that the delivery would be after a week ie only after 06.10.2009 which means the delivery would take place after 12 days or more.
My complaint is
1. why is there 4 days delay between HP IVRS and the dealer?
2.Why should it take another week for delivery.
