Complaint for not receiving additional LPG cylinde

Dear Sir,

We have applied for additional cylinder since 2007 but till now we have'nt received it. Currently we have only 1 cylinder and once it is finished it is taking 2-3 weeks time to get the filled cylinder. Its being too difficult for my mother to cook at home during this time.
