Non delivery of Gas Cylende

Dear Sir

We have a HP Gas Connection No. 600736.By the name of Saroj Bala. On 25 Sep.2009 I have booked a gas on IVRS (1716) my booking no was 02. but till date I did not receive the Cylender. On 4 Oct I give a call to my dealer Vardhman Gas Agency & I was shocked that they did not get my request yet. I again book the gas but till date I did not get the cylinder.

This type of services in not accepted from company like HP Petroleum.

Pls confirm when I will get the cylinder
