Non delivery of gas cylinde

Respected sir,

I am from Karanataka, BELGAUM TOWN, my consumer no is 620689 Akash enterprises, belgaum, having only one cylinder, after finishing my gas I book the gas but I get filled gas after than 20days. Its very difficult to phase such a problem. Every month I am facing the same problem.
