I am having a gas connection from HP from last 1.5 yrs. They issued me a single cylinder at the time of connection by saying that the double cylinder is not allowed and can be applied ater 1 year. This connection I took from Dhamfhere Gas House located at '132-1 Parvathi Payatha, Opp. Sane Guruji Smark, Sinhagad Road Pune-30'. This agency has got a distribution center at Hingne Khurd, Sinhagad Road. As mentioned I have been visiting the distribution center from last 6 months to get the second cylinder. When I visited first in September thier answer was that the new cyllinder issue process has not been started from HP office itself and will probablybe start before Diwali i.e. November. From that day onwards i have been visiting this office every Saturday. On a2th of Jan 08 when i spoke to their manager he said the booking was open 15 days back but when I had visited this office the ladies sitting in the counter had said that the booking has not yet started. The manager promised me that next time whenever it starts he will be contacting me and noted down mine contact no. and address.
Now Yesterday i.e. 30 Jan 08 when i visited to book for refilling of the cylinder one i have. For this they said it will take at least 10-12 days and then when i again asked about new cylender they said it has not started yet. And then the next minute i left for Dhamdhere Gas house at Parvathy (the main office) and met the manager. Here I got so angry when he said that the booking was opened 15 days back, that is when i had visited Hingne Khurd office 15 days back and the Manager has said it was open 15 days back. This instance put me in such a bad impression for HP Gas that i had no choice other than going to the Cunsumer Court as soon as possible.
This is my direct question to HP Gas Agency that do they have any answer for such instances?
